• We ship USPS, UPS and FEDEX (Monday to Saturday)
• Fast payment=fast shipping. Please ensure your shipping information is correct, as we will only be shipping to the address on Ebay, We will NOT ship to any other address.
• Shoes will be shipped double boxed.
• Saturday and Sundays purchases may not be shipped out until the following Monday morning.
• Shoes that are covered with EBAY Authenticity Program will be shipped to Authenticator first and then item will be shiped to buyer with new tracking number, please allow extra time for shipping.

RETURNS

• Please check return policy for each item. We take returns for some items only. All returns must be in new and unworn condition.
• Money will be refunded immediately after products have been sent back and verified. Feel free to message me with any questions via ebay.  We will get back to you as soon as we can.
• All items must be sent back with original packaging, original tags and original product.

Packing and Storage

• Immediately after shooting, item is placed on shelf and stored for 24 hours and 365 days in a temperature and humidity controlled warehouse. Pet free. Smoke free.
