If you go to “MRE info” website it tells you how to date the product. It states to find the 4 digit date code and put it into the converter on the website. See 5th photo it is 5062–it says manufactured in 2025–I don’t believe it, I think it is wrong. Look at inspection date (which is not mentioned on the web site at all) it says 03/18, if this is correct than at the end of 2028 it is expired. I think it is ridiculous that the date is not on each package. And then the box is coded, why? So to be safe I checked when each menu item was first available. One of the meals was never even manufactured till 2018. So to be 100% safe I am selling this as if it is made in 2018, also selling CHEAP. this case of 10 is very heavy and will cost me alot to ship to you. These sell online for $16.00 each + shipping.
On side note I just watched a few youtube videos of people eating MRE from WW2. There were still good.
