Fits Bosch 4.0/4.6 engines WITH SECONDARY AIR INJECTION. These heads have just been refurbished at the machine shop including inspection, cleaning, valve stem seal replacement, valve job and decking. Ready to install. We had these heads re done for a customer’s vehicle but they decided not to fix it after all!
