Differentiating between Genuine and OEM/OE Supplier brands: Genuine parts are those enclosed in the original box bearing the auto manufacturer’s logo. OEM/OE Supplier brands are licensed by the vehicle manufacturer, but the part will not display the manufacturer’s logo. These parts are often identical to those available at the dealership, packaged differently.

Returns based solely on the manufacturing location of a part are not accepted.
