-We only ship to the Lower 48 states, and we do not ship to FPO, APO or PO Box addresses.    And we are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address.    Please provide us your full address with Telephone number and make sure your shipping address is correct and deliverable.    If you need to change your address,please change it in PayPal first before you pay.

-Package handling only takes 1 business day at our warehouse, so please make sure entering correct payment and shipping information before checking out.

-We are not responsible for any changed of address after item has been shipped.

Return:

We offer a 30-Day Limited Warranty.     If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are more than happy to offer an exchange or refund within 30 days.

***Received Incorrect / Damaged  / Missing Item:

Please take some photos of everything you have received in the package, along with a picture of the invoice and shipping label and send it to our email.     We will take care of everything.

Please inspect the items upon receiving any damages or missing contents.  Please contact us within 7 days of delivery via email.

If you change your mind / don't like it / buy it by mistake. Please repack the items carefully.  Items to be returned must be in resalable condition.  Returned items will be tested and if found defective / incorrect / damaged  / missing parts,we will deduct the refund based on the condition of the item. The product must in brand NEW conditions and in original packaging.

Installations:

It is imperative that buyers understand the items are vehicle-related and require installation and vehicle knowledge.     Some of our parts are direct from EUROPE or ASIA which may require modification to complete the installation.

Most of the items do not have installation instructions.     We highly recommend professional installation if you are not familiar with the installation.
